Murat Saray is a distinguished expert with an exceptional track record in providing tailored advisory services in turnaround management, debt/equity finance, financial modeling, portfolio management, hedging solutions, and fundraising for ventures and funds. Demonstrating remarkable leadership, he has held various interim CEO and CFO roles in prominent corporations.
Murat is also the co-founder of Libertas, a consultancy boutique specializing in turnaround management, debt/equity finance, and management consulting. Boasting an extensive international network, Murat has successfully secured equity funding for clients across a diverse range of industries. Throughout his career, Murat has held key positions in esteemed financial institutions such as Haitong S.A., Istanbul Portföy, HSBC, Barclays, and Citibank. In each of these roles, he has driven business growth, managed substantial client portfolios, and consistently delivered impressive financial results. Murat holds an MBA from Bilkent University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU). Selim Yuna is a seasoned executive and advisor with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in corporate finance, strategy, business development, auditing, and general management. Selim began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor, gaining a strong foundation in financial reporting and control. He later transitioned into corporate finance roles at Yapı Kredi Yatırım and ABN Amro, where he was involved in complex advisory mandates.
Building on this early experience, Selim went on to assume senior roles in diversified holding companies, where he was responsible for financial strategy, capital markets activity, and operational performance. He has held senior leadership positions in several of Turkey’s most prominent business groups, including Zorlu Holding, Fiba Capital Holding and Doğuş Holding and has led and contributed to large-scale financial transactions and operations
across a wide range of industries.
A key milestone in his career was the co-founding of Libertas, a boutique consultancy focused on turnaround management, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. In this capacity, Selim has advised clients across sectors, supporting both growth and restructuring mandates with tailored financial solutions.

Selim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Marmara University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Istanbul Bilgi University. He has also completed an Executive Education program at the London School of Economics and is a certified professional coach.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. A. Engin Ergüden is a certified public accountant and seasoned audit professional with over 25 years of experience in external and internal auditing, corporate consultancy, and higher education. He earned his undergraduate degree from Uludağ University, followed by a master’s and doctorate from Marmara University, with a focus on accounting, finance, and comparative accounting systems. Dr. Ergüden began his career in auditing with Güreli YMM A.Ş. and Denet YMM A.Ş., before advancing to managerial roles in internal audit at Zorlu Holding A.Ş. and Unitim Holding A.Ş. He later served as a consultant at D&R Mağazacılık A.Ş. Before founding his own consultancy firm, Erler SMMM Denetim Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., in 2009, where he currently serves as managing partner.
Dr. Ergüden holds CPA and CRMA certifications and is an active member of professional bodies including the Institute of Internal Auditors (Turkey), the Turkish Accounting Professionals Association, and the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey. He also teaches financial accounting and auditing at several universities, including Yeditepe University and Bahçeşehir University.
Additionally, Dr. Ergüden contributes to professional training programs organized by TÜRMOB and the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, where he
leads sessions on independent auditing standards and the Turkish Commercial Code.
Şengül Babiloğlu is a highly skilled finance professional with over two decades of diverse experience across various industries, including production, construction, shopping mall management, food and beverage, retail, and services. She began her career in 1997 after earning a degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University, initially joining the Finance Department of Koç Group.
Over the years, she has worked with both domestic and international organizations, broadening her expertise and contributing to the success of numerous companies.
Her extensive experience spans a wide range of financial functions, including managing finance departments, overseeing taxation and auditing, developing business plans, creating management reporting packages, implementing ERP systems, and providing strategic consultancy services. Her diverse skill set allows her to offer comprehensive financial solutions tailored to the specific needs of organizations in various sectors.
In addition to her practical experience, Şengül Babiloğlu has earned several prestigious certifications. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2002 and obtained her Independent Audit License in 2011, further establishing her expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.

Bora Demircan is a seasoned digital professional with nearly 20 years of experience spanning both technical and business domains.
