Around him is a flexible network of specialist local and global partners, brought together around each client’s needs: investment banks, debt advisors, audit and tax firms, incentive specialists and digital experts.
Because we are not bound by a fixed team, we can reach any market, any sector and any expertise the deal requires. AI runs through everything we do, from research and valuation to analysis and execution. We keep adding new partners, new tools and new ways of working, so the model is always renewing itself.
The Founder
Murat Saray founded Stellar Consult and leads every mandate personally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in banking and corporate finance, with senior roles at Citibank, Barclays, HSBC, Istanbul Portföy and Haitong. He has served as interim CEO and CFO at prominent companies, led turnaround, debt and equity financing and fundraising mandates, and advises on M&A transactions between Türkiye and the GCC.
Murat is also the co-founder of Libertas, a boutique consultancy focused on turnaround management and corporate finance. He holds an MBA from Bilkent University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), along with professional certifications, including from the CFA Society of the UK.
