Şengül Babiloğlu is a highly skilled finance professional with over two decades of diverse experience across various industries, including production, construction, shopping mall management, food and beverage, retail, and services. She began her career in 1997 after earning a degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University, initially joining the Finance Department of Koç Group.

Over the years, she has worked with both domestic and international organizations, broadening her expertise and contributing to the success of numerous companies.

Her extensive experience spans a wide range of financial functions, including managing finance departments, overseeing taxation and auditing, developing business plans, creating management reporting packages, implementing ERP systems, and providing strategic consultancy services. Her diverse skill set allows her to offer comprehensive financial solutions tailored to the specific needs of organizations in various sectors.

In addition to her practical experience, Şengül Babiloğlu has earned several prestigious certifications. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2002 and obtained her Independent Audit License in 2011, further establishing her expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.

Bora Demircan is a seasoned digital professional with nearly 20 years of experience spanning both technical and business domains. He has built an extensive career in digital strategy, product management, digital marketing, software development, web design and development, project management, e-commerce, and account management. Throughout his career, Bora has created and successfully sold several software products internationally and provided tailored support and add-on development for various projects.

Over the course of his career, Bora has assisted more than 200 companies globally, delivering expert digital strategy, marketing, and web design services. He has been instrumental in guiding major organizations through their digital transformation processes, developing customized strategies to help them remain competitive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
